30 days, no drama. If the fit isn't right or you changed your mind, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How Returns Work

• Email support@fashnora.store with your order number — we'll reply with a return authorization and label.
• Pack items unworn with tags attached, in original packaging where possible.
• Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.

Condition

Sleepwear is an intimate category: returns must be unworn and unwashed with hygiene liners intact. If something arrived defective or damaged, that's on us — we'll replace it or refund it in full, your choice.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll hold your exchange size while your return ships.
